Overview
A company changes over time: board members come and go, shares are transferred, the name, address or articles need updating. Each change must be filed with the commercial registry, often together with the tax office. MAXCORP’s lawyers prepare and submit the petitions and can represent you remotely on the basis of a power of attorney.

Usually not. Our representative can act for you remotely on the basis of a power of attorney. Where a country requires a notary, we help to book the appointment and prepare the documents.
