Cookie Policy
Effective 10 October 2024, last updated 1 October 2026
At MAXCORP, we value your privacy and aim to give clear details about the use of cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.maxcorp.eu (the “Website”). The Website is operated by MAXCORP OÜ, registry code 10385136, Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn 10145, Estonia. This policy applies to all visitors, wherever they are located.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device (such as a computer, smartphone or tablet) when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking pixels, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too. Some cookies are necessary for a website to work or to keep it secure; others collect data about your browsing for analytics or marketing, which is only allowed with your consent.
Cookies We Use
We group cookies into three categories. Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner or in Cookie settings, and you can change your choice at any time. Until you accept, no analytics or marketing tags are loaded.
Necessary (always on)
- mx-consent (MAXCORP, stored in your browser): remembers your cookie choice. Expiration: 12 months.
- __cf_bm (Cloudflare): distinguishes people from bots to protect the Website. Expiration: 30 minutes.
- cf_clearance (Cloudflare): set only if a security check is shown to you, so it is not repeated on every page. Expiration: as set in our security settings (typically 30 minutes).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (on our contact and enquiry forms): checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot, and may store a short-lived security token. Expiration: session.
Analytics (only with your consent)
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), loaded through Google Tag Manager: shows us how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are read, how long a visit lasts and where visitors come from. Expiration: up to 2 years. Owner: Google.
Marketing (only with your consent)
- Google Ads (_gcl_au and Google advertising cookies): measures which ads lead to enquiries and shows our ads to people who visited the Website. Expiration: up to 13 months. Owner: Google.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp): measures our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and shows our ads to people who visited the Website. Expiration: up to 90 days. Owner: Meta.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_sugr, bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory): measures our advertising on LinkedIn and shows our ads to people who visited the Website. Expiration: up to 1 year. Owner: LinkedIn.
Google Consent Mode: Google tags on the Website follow your choice. If you reject analytics or marketing cookies, these tags are not loaded.
Google Search Console shows us how the Website appears in Google search. It does not set cookies on your device.
Third-Party Services You Choose to Use
Some links on the Website open services run by other companies: Calendly (booking a call), WhatsApp and Telegram (chat), Google Maps (our office location) and our profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. These services are not loaded until you choose them: Calendly opens in a booking window on our site when you click a booking button, and the others open in a new tab. They may then set their own cookies under their own cookie and privacy policies, which we recommend you read.
Your Privacy Rights
EU/EEA Users
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Consent to or decline non‑essential cookies.
- Access data collected through cookies.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Users in other countries
Where other data protection laws apply to you (for example in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, the United States or Asia), you have the rights those laws give you. We do not sell personal data collected through cookies.
Managing Cookie Preferences
Cookie settings: you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies in the banner on your first visit, and change your choice at any time in Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Browser settings: you can also control and delete cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies or delete cookies when you close the browser. Blocking the necessary Cloudflare cookies may mean that a security check is shown more often or that a form cannot be sent.
Opt-out tools: for advertising cookies, you can also opt out via platforms such as Your Online Choices or the Network Advertising Initiative.
Policy Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with the revised date, and if we add new categories of cookies we will ask for your consent again. For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy or the use of cookies on our Website, please contact us at info@maxcorp.eu. We reply within 1 business day.
