Cyprus is an EU and euro area member state with a 15% corporate income tax and no minimum capital for a Cypriot private company (Ltd). What most founders need is a company that can start trading quickly: we deliver a ready-made Ltd with a Limassol address, bank account support and accounting in place, fully remotely.
A ready-made Ltd transferred to you, so you start without waiting for a new registration
A registered address in Limassol, meeting the legal requirement for every company
Help choosing a bank or EU fintech account and preparing the application
A VAT-active company on request, with an EU VAT number to invoice clients from day one
Accounting with our partner accountants, from the first transactions to the annual report
Everything signed remotely, with no travel to Cyprus and all documents prepared for you
Choose a ready-made company to start at once, a VAT-active company with an EU VAT number from day one, or a new registration in your own name. Whichever you choose, we check your structure, prepare every document and coordinate the registry, bank and tax steps for you. MAXCORP hands over a working company, not just a registration, and remains your local team for accounting, changes and banking after registration.

An EU member state that uses the euro, with full access to the EU single market.
3.8%
Cyprus was the third-fastest growing EU economy in 2025, with real GDP up 3.8% against an EU average of 1.4%.

A ready-made Cypriot Ltd transferred to you with the essentials in place: a registered address in Limassol, help choosing a bank or EU fintech account and preparing the application, and accounting set up with our partner accountants. You can start working in Cyprus without waiting for a new registration.
A ready-made Ltd is already entered in the Registrar of Companies, so there is no wait for a new registration in Cyprus. If you need a specific name, the company can be renamed after the transfer through a registry amendment.
A ready-made company that is already registered for VAT in Cyprus. Its VAT number is valid across the EU, so you can invoice EU business clients from day one without waiting for a VAT registration. Availability is limited, so please ask us for the current options.
The operational company package starts from €4,800; a VAT-active company is quoted on request. A new registration on its own starts from €2,500, with the setup services added separately. Running costs: mail handling and forwarding on request, accounting and tax reporting on request and business consultation with a lawyer €280 per hour. We provide a detailed quote for your project.
Yes. Cyprus company law sets no nationality or residency requirement for shareholders, directors or the secretary. Every founder goes through identity and beneficial ownership checks, and opening a bank account depends on each bank’s own onboarding rules.
No. A private company needs at least one director and one secretary, both aged 18 or over. Only where the company has one shareholder and one director can that director also act as secretary.
Since 2026, a company incorporated in Cyprus is tax resident there unless a tax treaty provides otherwise. Where it is managed can still matter for other countries, so we look at this with you.
You sign the power of attorney before a notary public in your country. For use in Cyprus it needs an apostille if your country has joined the Hague Apostille Convention, or consular legalisation if it has not. We confirm what applies to your country.
The incorporation itself is filed by a Cyprus lawyer, who signs the statutory declaration (form HE1).
Yes, for a new registration, subject to the Registrar’s approval, which comes before the incorporation. Check availability in the Registrar’s eSearch; an approved name is reserved for six months. A ready-made company can be renamed after the transfer.
Yes. The company must keep a registered office in Cyprus; official notices go there and the company registers are kept there. Our packages include a registered address in Limassol.
Cypriot banks carry out their own due diligence on the company and its owners. For a quick start, most of our clients open an account online with EU providers such as Revolut, Wise or Paysera, and add a local bank later. We support you through both, but the bank makes the final decision.
Every year the company files an annual return with its audited financial statements with the Registrar, pays a €350 annual fee by 30 June, and files its tax return with the Tax Department. It must register for tax within 60 days of incorporation, and for VAT once taxable supplies exceed €15,600 in 12 months. Our accounting partners can handle all of it.
Usually 1 to 2 weeks from the point we have received all required documents, including the signed power of attorney. That covers preparing and translating the documents, filing, and processing by the Registrar of Companies (usually a few working days).
