FAQ
Company formation in Europe: FAQ
Which country should I choose?
It depends on where your customers are, how you plan to use profits, and who will run the company. The overview above shows where each country is strongest; in a free 15-minute call we recommend the best option for your structure.
How do I compare countries?
Each country page follows the same order: legal requirements, timeline, packages, running costs and taxes, so you can compare them side by side. The table above shows the starting price and who each country suits best.
Can I set up a company remotely?
Yes. In every country we offer, you can sign by a notary-certified power of attorney issued to us, and in some countries digitally. Each country page explains the signing options. A company does not give you residence by itself; see our guide to EU residence through a company.
How long does it take?
It depends on the country and on whether you choose a ready-made company or a new registration. Each country page shows the usual time, counted from the point we have received all documents.
What does it cost?
Each country page shows the prices for a new registration, an operational company and a VAT-active company, plus the running costs for the registered address and accounting. We confirm the final quote after a short assessment.
Can you open a bank account for us?
We help you choose a bank or EU fintech account and prepare the application, and most of our clients start with an EU provider such as Revolut, Wise or Paysera. The bank makes the final decision. For complex or regulated businesses, see Banking advisory.
