Overview

A Swiss GmbH needs a person living in Switzerland who can sign for it, and it is formed by notarial deed; an AG is available if you need one. What most founders need is a company that can start trading quickly: we deliver a ready-made GmbH with a Zug address, bank account support and accounting in place, fully remotely.
A ready-made GmbH transferred to you, so you start without waiting for a new registration
A registered address in Zug, meeting the legal requirement for every company
Help choosing a bank or EU fintech account and preparing the application
A VAT-active company on request, with a VAT number to invoice clients from day one
Accounting with our partner accountants, from the first transactions to the annual report
Everything signed remotely, with no travel to Switzerland and all documents prepared for you
Choose a ready-made company to start at once, a VAT-active company with a VAT number from day one, or a new registration in your own name. Whichever you choose, we check your structure, prepare every document and coordinate the registry, bank and tax steps for you. MAXCORP hands over a working company, not just a registration, and remains your local team for accounting, changes and banking after registration.

A ready-made company that is already registered for VAT in Switzerland. You can invoice with VAT from day one without waiting for a VAT registration. Subject to eligibility: VAT registration in Switzerland depends on taxable activity. Availability is limited, so please ask us for the current options.
The operational company package starts from €15,000; a VAT-active company is quoted on request. A new registration on its own starts from €7,500, with the setup services added separately. Running costs: mail handling and forwarding on request, Swiss-resident director on request, basic accounting package on request and lawyer consultation €280 per hour. Yes. Swiss law sets no nationality rule for the members (shareholders) of a GmbH, and one member is enough. The residency rule applies to representation only: at least one person who can sign for the company must live in Switzerland. Opening a bank account depends on each bank’s own onboarding rules.
Yes. A GmbH must always be able to be represented by a person living in Switzerland, usually a managing director with signing authority, entered in the Commercial Register.
If no founder lives in Switzerland, we provide a Swiss-resident director, quoted on request. You keep ownership and can also be a managing director yourself.
You sign the power of attorney before a notary public in your country. For use in Switzerland it needs an apostille if your country has joined the Hague Apostille Convention, or consular legalisation if it has not.
The signatures of everyone who will sign for the company are certified the same way. We confirm what applies to your country.
Yes, subject to availability: the name must include the legal form (GmbH) and differ clearly from names already registered. Check it in Zefix, the central business name index, and we confirm it before filing. A ready-made company can be renamed after the transfer.
Yes. The company’s seat must be in Switzerland and its address is entered in the Commercial Register. Without offices of its own, the company uses a c/o address with a domicile holder. Our packages include a registered address in Zug.
For a new GmbH, the CHF 20,000 capital is first paid into a capital deposit account at a Swiss bank, which confirms the payment for the notarial deed. For daily payments, a European provider such as Wise can be a quick start. We support you through both, but the bank makes the final decision.
Every GmbH keeps accounts, and the members approve the annual accounts within six months of the year end; small companies can opt out of an audit with the consent of all members. VAT registration is required from CHF 100,000 in annual turnover, worldwide. Our accounting partners can handle all of it.
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from the point we have received all required documents, including the signed power of attorney. That covers preparing and translating the documents, filing, and processing by the Commercial Register (about 5 to 6 working days).
