FAQ
Contacting MAXCORP: FAQ
How quickly will you reply?
Within 1 business day. During weekends and public holidays it may take a little longer; we answer on the next business day.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first 15-minute call is free and without obligation. After it you receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and budget.
Can I visit your offices?
Yes, by appointment: our headquarters in Zug, our EU operations in Tallinn or our Canada team in Toronto. Please book a time first, so the right person is there to meet you, and tell us which office suits you.
Which email address should I use?
Use info@maxcorp.eu for everything. We pass your message to the right team for fintech licensing, compliance or corporate services, so the right person sees it first.
What should I include in my message?
Your business model, the countries involved, what you need (a licence, a company or compliance support), your timeline and any deadline you have. We may ask for more details after the first call.
Do I need to travel to meet you?
Usually not. Most projects run fully remotely, by power of attorney or digital signature. Where a bank or registry needs an in-person step, we tell you at the start and plan the visit together with you.
